1) relative conditions are much more rigoroulsy defined
   fixing several issues and making new features possible
1a) relative conditions now always use the center of their parent
1b) a new helper condition allows for checks at individual instances
2) added condition triggers to analysis tab
   this can also be used to look for locations in a given seed
3) search performance should be better for several types of searches
   but may have suffered for others
