* Add trasnlation script and guide
Added a script for creating translation files in the new language folder and a guide for translating strings inside files.
* Rename translate .ps1 to translation.ps1
* Update and rename translate.md to translation.md
* fix relative paths
and delete unnecessary text editors if not needed. VScode and Resource Checker should be enough
* Update translation.ps1
