Added --disable-input to activate gsudo config SecurityEnforceUacIsolation true but per call, for compat with ms-sudo.
...
- Incorporated `DisableInput` handling in Attach and TokenSwitch Modes besides piped mode.
- Updated Program.cs: Reduced shutdown delay message from 15 to 10 seconds for ServiceCommand, to reduce msbuild errors while building.
